Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.
Food products
In accordance with French law, perishable food products (fresh, frozen products, or any foodstuff with a close use-by date) cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal or return, except in the event of a lack of conformity or delivery error.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the problem.
Conditions of eligibility for a refund or replacement:
- The product received has a defect or is damaged.
- An error was made in your order (example: wrong product sent).
- You have valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice).
Non-perishable products
For non-perishable food products (spices, preserves, drinks, etc.), you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of your order, provided that:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging intact.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (except in the event of an error on our part).
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service at [insert email or phone number] with a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the affected product.
- Once your request is validated, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Upon receipt and verification of the returned product (if applicable), we will proceed with the refund or send a replacement product.
Refund period
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your request has been validated. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when ordering.
