✔️ Preparation method

1. Boil 1.6 liters of water in a saucepan.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter.
3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
4. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine 500g of natural yogurt, 1 teaspoon of garlic puree, a pinch of salt, and 1 glass of water. Mix until smooth.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the yogurt sauce. Mix well before serving.
